Park Pavilions 

All pavilions are under the jurisdiction of the Hurst Parks and Recreation Department and may be reserved on a space-available basis for a fee of $50.00 per time slot, per pavilion. A refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $100.00 is required on all reservations. The park pavilions can be used for activities such as company picnics or family reunions. 

Reservations may be made in-person or over the phone at the Recreation Division Administrative office during regular business hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) We will accept online pavilion reservations beginning June 1.

*At this time Aquatics pavilions are only available by phone or walk-in.

Rental fees are due in full at the time of reservation. A complete list of rental Policies and Procedures is available at the Administrative office or by clicking the link below.

1. To create a household on-line, click the green box above. Please note, you will be redirected to an outside website.

2. Click "Sign In/Register" at the very top of the page. This feature will allow you to either create a new account, or sign in to an existing account.

3. Once logged in, select the "Park Pavilion Rental" box. You can search pavilion availability by date or park. If the time block is available, it will display in blue.

4. Follow the remaining steps to complete the reservation. The receipt is emailed to the email address on the account. This is your proof of reservation. We recommend taking it with you to the rental.

Central Park:
700 Block of Mary Drive (East of Hurstview, South of Pipeline) – this pavilion is located in Central Park and holds approximately 35-40 people. It comes equipped with 3 picnic tables.

Chisholm Park (3): 
2200 Norwood (Between Harwood and Grapevine Highway) – Chisholm Park has three pavilions to choose from, including the Tejas (8 tables), Longhorn (9 tables), and Bluebonnet (7 tables). Each pavilion has a grill.

Echo Hills Park: 
500 Heneretta (East of Hurstview, South of Evergreen) – This pavilion is located in Echo Hills Park and holds approximately 35-40 people. It comes equipped with 3 picnic tables.

Heritage Village:
841 W. Pipeline Road - Heritage Village Plaza offers one pavilion and two covered arbors which include two picnic tables.  The arbors can accommodate approximately 20-25 people per arbor.  There are no grills on-site.

Hurst Community Park: 
601 Precinct Line Road (South of Pipeline) – This pavilion is located in Hurst Community Park and holds approximately 35-40 people. It comes equipped with 4 picnic tables.

Jaycee Baker Park:
500 Belmont - The Jaycee Baker Park Pavilion offers 3 picnic tables and will hold 35 - 40 people.  It has a double grill.

Library Park
901 Precinct Line Road (Next to the Hurst Public Library) – This pavilion holds approximately 35 – 40 people and comes equipped with 2 picnic tables. There are no grills on site.

Mayfair Park:
1725 Norwood – This pavilion holds approximately 30 people. It comes equipped with 4 picnic tables.

Redbud Park: 
525 Redbud Drive (Between Hurstview & Precinct Line) – This pavilion is located in Redbud Park and holds approximately 35-40 people. It comes equipped with 2 picnic tables.

Rickel Park:(2) 
1001 Bluebonnet (Just North of Hwy. 10) – Rickel Park has two pavilions, the Spindletop and Lonestar. Each holds approximately 35-40 people and comes equipped with 2 picnic tables.

Smith Barfield Park: 
This pavilion is located in Smith Barfield Park and holds approximately 35-40 people. It comes equipped with 3 picnic tables and a grill.

Vivagene Copeland Park: 
This pavilion is located in Vivagene Copeland Park and holds approximately 34-50 people. It comes equipped with 3 picnic tables.
