When you complete this form, our staff will check shelter animals and found reports for possible matches to your missing pet.

The completion of this report does not guarantee your pet will be found. Please visit the Hurst Animal Services Center to assist in finding your pet.

You may also post a picture, brief description, date lost or found, and location where lost or found on our Facebook page. We have many volunteers who scour the local lost and found pages and will do whatever they can to help reunite lost animal companions with their families!
