Non-emergency city facilities are closed Monday, January 1 for the New Year holiday. Garbage and recycling service normally provided on Monday will shift to Tuesday, and Thursday will shift to Friday. Service normally provided on Tuesday will shift to Wednesday, and Friday will shift to Saturday.
