Powers and DutiesThe Hurst Public Facility Corporation is organized for the purpose of assisting the City in financing, refinancing, or providing public facilities as defined in and as provided in the Public Facility Corporation Act, Chapter 303, Texas Local Government Code. The property and affairs of the Corporation shall be managed and controlled by a Board of Directors. The duration of the Corporation is perpetual.
Number of Members: Seven (7)
Place 1 Place 2 Officers: The City Manager serves as President, the Assistant City Manager-Finance serves as Vice-President and the City Secretary serves as the Secretary. At all meetings of the Board, the president shall preside Term – Officers
