Cathy Butler Brotherton is a long time resident of Hurst, Texas. She has dedicated her life to education and helping build a better future for her students. Cathy retired from Birdville ISD after 28 years as a teacher and reading specialist. She continues to be devoted to helping citizens achieve the highest quality of life in her community in Hurst. Butler. The annual John W. Butler Senior Citizen’s Dinner in Hurst at Christmas was started by her father and named in his honor after his death. Cathy is married to Bob Brotherton and has 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren. |
