SHORT-TERM RENTALS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE CITY OF HURST

• The City of Hurst requires all residential rental properties to register annually. 
• Each rental unit, REGARDLESS of zone, must register by January 31st of every year.
• A $10.00 registration fee applies per rental unit.
• A $50.00 inspection fee applies per rental unit.

Rental Inspections are required for newly established registered Rental Units or an existing rental unit changing tenants.
