Taking pride in our city

At the City of Hurst, our goal is to be a helpful resource for you and your neighborhood. At the end of the day, code compliance is all about keeping our city clean and safe while preserving property values.   When there is a code violation, we’ll partner with you to help address it. We call it our “good neighbor” approach to code enforcement, help make this a city we’re all proud to call home.

The Code Compliance Division is responsible for maintaining the health, safety and welfare of the City of Hurst, by enforcing ordinances relating to nuisances, zoning, and other topics.
