Available to full-time employees:

Health, Dental, Life, and LTC

Two health plan options are available to eligible city employees and their dependents with employees contributing a very reasonable amount based on rate of pay and level of coverage selected. The City of Hurst provides life, dental, long-term disability, and "core" long-term care insurance for eligible City employees at no cost for employee coverage.

Transparency in Coverage

This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
