The Circulation Department is the heart of the Library, handling material check-out and returns, holds, library card registration, library account management, fine collection, and library facility rentals. Follow the links below for more information. 

	LIBRARY CARDS The Circulation Desk handles all questions and concerns regarding your library card, including your initial sign-up! You can start the process using our online library card registration form, or ask for a hand-written application the next time you're here.
	LIBRARY USERS FAQ Answers to the most commonly asked questions about library services can be found in our Library FAQ, but the Circulation Desk is also available while the library is open to help you with your library account concerns or any general questions about the library.
	RESERVE SPACE AT THE LIBRARY When they are not being used for Library programs or activities, some of the meeting and program rooms at the library are available for reservation by the public for civic, cultural or educational programs or meetings. 	TACKLE LOANER PROGRAM HPL is an official loaner site for the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department's Tackle Loaner Program - an effort by the City of Hurst and the TPWD to encourage outdoor activities like fishing in neighborhood parks (like Chisholm Pond). Ask us about it the next time you're here!
