If you wish to plead guilty or no contest to the charge(s) and pay the fine(s), please access our website for options at Online Court Payments or if you need a quote by phone please contact the court at 817-788-7045, option "0" Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This fine must be paid on or before the 30th day after receipt of a citation by either:

• (a) appearing at the Municipal Court, 825-B Thousand Oaks Drive and paying the fine and court costs in cash or a check on a Texas bank, or
• (b) mailing a money order or check to Hurst Municipal Court, 825-B Thousand Oaks Drive, Hurst, Texas 76054. Do not mail cash. or
• (c) Payments received by mail are a plea of guilty unless the proper form and documentation is received with payment. All "Not Guilty" pleas are to be made in person or in writing before the Judge. If you desire to plead "Not Guilty," you must appear in person at the Municipal Court, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on or before the 30th day after receipt of your citation. Court dates are not set be telephone or by a person other than the one receiving the citation. No cases will be disposed of by telephone.

Dress Code:

Dress code: no head wear, shorts, spaghetti or strapless attire, midriff shirts, clothing with holes, pajamas, house shoes, flip flops, spandex type attire, mini skirts, and no visibly obscene language or illustrations on clothing, body or possessions.

If you mail payment, you must complete and sign an Appearance, Plea of Guilty/No Contest and Waiver and mail that form with your payment. You may either complete and sign the Plea form on the back side of your copy of the citation, or you can print a copy of the form from this website.

If you desire to plead not guilty, you must appear in person at the Municipal Court, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on or before the 30th day after receipt of the citation.
