EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2021 -  All plat, site plan and zoning applications now need to be applied to online through our new EnerGov Citizen Self-Service Portal, CSS.  The online permitting portal will streamline planning & building permitting processes through digital plan review, online payments and online inspection requests and results.  Paper form applications will no longer be accepted.  We are excited to also allow e-check payments in addition to credit card payments through the portal.
